Victoria Petkova, Team Leader of Account Management, explains: “Our team focuses on maintaining strong relationships and coordinating product updates, while Commercial Managers build the strategic foundation for long-term partnerships and tailor customized promotions. We operate as one cohesive unit, ensuring clients receive consistent guidance and support at every stage of the partnership.”
Miria Bozhkova, Senior Commercial Manager, adds: “From a commercial perspective, the mission is clear: grow alongside clients and ensure all teams move in the same direction. We act as mediators, confirming everyone is aligned, and our close collaboration with Account Management is key to making everything work smoothly.”
What does collaboration between the Commercial and Account Management teams look like in practice?
Collaboration at Amusnet is constant and hands-on. Daily catch-ups, structured monthly sessions, and the formation of “A-teams” for each key market ensure alignment. These teams, consisting of a Commercial Manager, an Account Manager, and a Sales Manager, deliver end-to-end support that drives client success.

Challenges are part of the daily landscape in the iGaming industry, from technical issues and product launches to navigating complex regulations, but teamwork is the solution. “We’ve faced rapid growth, code freezes, brand terminations, and technical issues. Transparency, honesty, and genuine care are what help clients trust the process.”, shares Victoria.
“With several new products launching this year, close collaboration has been essential to introduce and implement them successfully,” adds Miria. “Open dialogue and agility allow us to navigate fast-changing trends and align client expectations effectively.”
What qualities or skills are most important for successful collaboration between your departments?
The teams agree that curiosity, active listening, and a passion for client relationships are vital. Victoria says, “Technical knowledge or product specifics can be taught. What really matters is mindset and drive to achieve shared success.”
“It’s about seeing the bigger picture together. That excites me most: moving from vision to reality with the help of everyone involved,” adds Miria.
