This accolade proves that our onboarding system is both a sustainable and highly effective framework, perfectly tailored to support Amusnet’s international expansion. Spanning 15 locations across 4 continents, the program successfully transcends geographical boundaries and time zones. By introducing asynchronous, recorded English induction sessions, we completely eliminated onboarding bottlenecks caused by cross-continental time zone gaps. Today, this initiative guarantees an equal start, a uniform standard of excellence, and a warm welcome for everyone – whether they join us at headquarters or work remotely.
Our strategic focus centres heavily on providing personalised support while continuously iterating based on data. Over the past two years, the program has achieved outstanding milestones that underscore its tangible value.
