  • Lead and manage engineering teams to efficiently meet product development goals.
  • Optimize the Software Development Life Cycle and meet milestones in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders for transparent collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Product partners to align tasks with company objectives.
  • Lead technology discussions, address dependencies, and ensure stable collaboration.
  • Proactively communicate risks, fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Drive tool and process standardization initiatives to establish consistency, streamline workflows, enhance communication, and ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Contribute to process enhancements for improved quality and performance.
  • Explore external knowledge sources for continuous growth and learning.
  • Foster a positive work culture by proactively addressing any challenges or concerns, promoting team motivation and cohesion.

  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Exceptional people management skills encompassing communication, teamwork, and leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in leading projects within a fast-paced, growing organizational environment.
  • Strong cross-functional organizational skills.
  • Understanding of business needs with robust analytical abilities.
  • Track record of establishing productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
