We’re looking for an accomplished Team Lead to spearhead our Account and Commercial Management functions.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our operations, build strong client relationships, and drive significant revenue growth, while leading a talented team.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Oversee and inspire the Account Managers and Commercial Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and execute Commercial strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Ensure the accurate forecasting, set targets and track the performance of the team.
- Oversee the management of client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, understanding and acting on their business needs to unlock mutual success.
- Leverage data-driven insights to manage account performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize results.
- Strategically promote and expand the distribution of Amusnet casino content, driving revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal teams and represent Amusnet Gaming at industry events, becoming a key ambassador for our brand.
- Provide training, mentorship, and actionable guidance to team members, ensuring their growth aligns with company goals.
- Set, monitor, and ensure team performance targets are met.
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Proven B2B account management experience in iGaming, with success in managing key accounts and delivering significant business growth in regulated markets.
- In-depth knowledge of iGaming trends, products, and markets, complemented by a robust client network.
- A track record of managing and motivating teams to deliver results.
- Ability to craft and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and leveraging insights to guide decisions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness and availability to travel when needed.
- A confident decision maker, you will take responsibility and accountability for the performance of your team.
- A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
