We are looking for а Business Analyst (BA) to join our company. The main part of the responsibilities of the BA will be analyzing performance and suggesting improvements to processes and systems based. The goal of the role is to conduct research and analysis aiming to identify solutions to business problems. The Business Analyst will have the opportunity to gather, examine and interpret data in order to introduce innovative opportunities for increasing business efficiency.

  • Identifying and researching business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services 
  • Assessing current industry trends and recommending strategic actions for improving business performance
  • Proposing market strategy optimization based on conducted research, data collection, and analysis
  • Documenting and communicating the results of completed analyses aiming to support internal business decision making
  • Facilitating proactive monitoring of industry and market events
  • Performing requirements gathering and outcome definition prior to research initiation
  • Working closely with the Business Analysis Management for the definition of the Business Analysis roadmap in alignment with broader business objectives
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining internal procedures

The Skills That Will Grab Our Attention:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field such as Management, International Business, Information Technology
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational, presentational, and time management skills 
  • Experience working with senior decision makers
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of the gambling business is an advantage 
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
