THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, align procurement strategies, and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all logistics and supply chain activities.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with logistics partners, carriers, and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Utilize inventory management software (SAP) to track and manage product movement, availability, and lead times.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Executing orders for manufacturing and research operations

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and regulations would be highly advantageous for the candidate
• At least 2 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software/systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
