Currently, we are looking for a JIRA Administrator to join our team!


  • Serve as main point of contact and owner of the Atlassian tools that the company uses – JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence
  • Work with different departments and subject matter across the whole company around their needs in JIRA and other Atlassian products
  • Work closely with Process Manager and Project Managers in order to define needed customizations in JIRA and other Atlassian products
  • Work closely with IT Administration and System Administration in order to keep desired level of security and permissions around the tools
  • Fielding questions and provide hands-on support to internal teams and stakeholders, including the creation of supporting training material
  • Determining ways to improve Jira process workflows & identification of how functionality can meet stakeholder needs.
  • Implementing new Jira projects, workflows, integrations, boards, dashboards and customizations that help deliver an efficient operation.
  • Keep JIRA, Confluence and JSM “clean” and organized as per the best practises

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Extensive experience administering JIRA & Confluence in large scale environment (500+ users)
  • Good understanding of all administrative functions and features (JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, etc.), and implementing standard methodologies
  • Strong JIRA configuration experience (projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications, etc.) and in-depth knowledge of JQL queries, reporting capabilities, automations, and dashboards
  • Prior experience vetting, testing, installing, and configuring add-ons (Advanced Roadmaps, Service Desk, Script Runner, etc.), and any new add-on requests
  • Experience in managing users and groups within Atlassian products
  • Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Experience integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
