Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Integration Manager.

As a valued member of our Integration team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by delving into the intricacies of API integration, planning integration lifecycles, and skillfully managing client expectations. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating and orchestrating the integration efforts, ensuring that our clients' systems seamlessly connect with our cutting-edge iGaming solutions.

 

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

  • Coordinate the integration process between the customer and the team
  • Understand the API integration process in details
  • Define and plan the integration lifecycle
  • Manage the client’s expectations
  • Proactively identify risks and obstacles and take the necessary precautions
  • Gather new technical requirements and monitor their implementation with the technical teams
  • Communicate with all parties on daily basis on both coordination and technical level
  • Plan and schedule the integration process in accordance with the other deliverables within the company
  • Troubleshoot and work on resolving issues related to the integration
  • Determine configuration and integration requirements
  • Coordinate with development and QA teams the dependencies on deliveries and releases
  • Introduce continuous improvement practices

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

  • Experience in a similar role in integration management, technical project management or coordination activities
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT company
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Strong team participation skills
  • Ability to foresee and analyze risks
  • Knowledge of JSON and XML
  • Software development background is a plus
