Our team is growing and we are looking for a vibrant communicator and an energetic individual to join our Marketing & Communications team as a Brand and Communications Manager.
As a Brand and Communications Manager you will be responsible for leading the brand communication to continuously enhance the image of Amusnet as an innovative and responsible international software company. This inspired individual will contribute to growing our brand awareness internationally, develop media relations and evolve the overall company’s reputation through various communication channels and platforms.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Monitor & analyze competitors’ behavior to create the right communication strategies
- Create and distribute the company's brand messages – both to internal and external audiences (mails, letters, newsletters, articles, PR advertorials, etc.)
- Collaborate with C-level management and design team to create presentations and other marketing & communications content
- Identify the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking and recording the performance of brand direction on website platforms like WordPress and digital social platforms and recommend areas of improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with various local and international media, business organizations, partner companies, NGOs, subcontractors, etc.
- Develop and execute the local and international company’s CSR strategy
- Execute, coordinate schedules, and meet project content deadlines regarding various marketing projects (Internal Activations, Corporate Events, Employer branding projects, CSR projects, etc.)
- Attend and represent the company at various industry events – locally and internationally
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Understand our marketing strategy, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, so you can apply them in an authentic way
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards, research, and best practices
- Excellency in Bulgarian and English languages (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Master knowledge of Powerpoint
- Experience as a Communications Manager, PR Manager, or Corporate Affairs Manager for at least 2 years
