Our team is growing and we are looking for an Account Manager.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Developе and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
- Make sure clients receive requested products and services promptly
- Provide new company products and features promptly and if applicable for client’s jurisdictions
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deals with complaints to maintain trust
- Forecast and tracks client account metrics
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- Experience in the online gambling industry
- Technical knowledge is a plus
- Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Result-oriented and self-driven personality
